Hank is professional and thoughtful. I bought from hank on a whim as he didn't have many reviews but his prices were good. Order was processed quickly and shipped fast even during the Holliday season. Product came in good condition but I would opt for softer packing materials in the future, possible they're trying to use less plastic. Either way, it was good enough for me to become a repeat customer, and the last package came with a few extra cards plus a personalized thank you note for the holidays.
